Biography :
In their native France ETHS are superstars. There the quintet from Marseilles has graced about every music magazine cover. With their
third full-length under the tell-tale title « III », ETHS are now ready to conquer the world. Produced by Fredrik Nordström (ARCH ENEMY, IN FLAMES) in Studio Fredman this album
comes with a massive yet crisp and nuanced sound that perfectly fits their modern Metal style. Hailing from an ancient Mediterranean harbour town it should be no surprise that
ETHS‘ music resembles a vital melting pot of Core, post-Korn Metal, orchestral and electronic elements and more that seemingly effortlessly merge into organic, hard and still
very catchy songs. At the front of the band, live and on record stands singer Candice, easily mistaken to be responsible only for her honey-sweet angelic vocals. Wrong, as the dark haired beauty
unleashes brutal growls, fierce rasps and venomous hissing no less impressively. To underline their challenge abroad, for the first time in their career ETHS will release an
international edition of « III » with four English versions of the original French songs. ETHS were officially born in 1999 although Candice had joined outstanding guitarists Staif
and Greg two years earlier. The band quickly rose to fame after their release of the « Samantha » EP (2002) and already performed big headliner shows when their debut album “Soma” came out in 2004.
With « Tératologie » (2008) ETHS demonstrated the experience and maturity grown out of playing hundreds of show. Now « III » will just blow you away!
